What you'll be doing
As a Premier Snag inspector you’ll be the expert eyes that protect homeowners — carrying out thorough, independent inspections and producing the report that gets their builder to put things right.
- Carry out detailed pre-completion and post-completion snagging inspections on new-build homes
- Inspect room by room — structure, finishes, plumbing, electrics and heating
- Use professional drone and thermal-imaging equipment to surface hidden defects
- Produce a clear, photographic snagging report, delivered within 48 hours
- Advise homeowners on their warranty rights and how to get defects put right
Is this you?
