- Current RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS)
- Level 1–3, plus Level 2 + Valuation for Registered Valuers

Experienced inspectors carrying out pre- and post-completion new-build snagging inspections, paid per inspection.
- Qualified building surveyor or former new-build site manager
- Strong knowledge of NHBC standards
