A RICS Home Survey Level 3 (Building Survey) is the most comprehensive RICS survey — previously known as a full structural survey. It involves a thorough inspection and provides detailed advice on defects, their likely causes, and the repairs and maintenance the property needs.
Level 3 is recommended for older or period properties, large or significantly altered homes, listed buildings, non-standard construction, and any property in poor condition or that you plan to renovate.
